WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

Nike's Global Places & Services (GPS) organization brings to life the physical environments and experiences for Nike in more than 100 cities around the world. Our team manages Nike's portfolio of locations and stewards six unique capabilities on behalf of the enterprise - Location, Environments, Mobility, Sport, Nutrition and Events.

Our strategic partners and third-party providers are an integral part of our global delivery model, helping to activate GPS's key capabilities. As part of the Global Partner Enablement team, this role will work closely with the members of the GPS Leadership team, GPS teammates around world, leaders within Nike's global functions as well as account leaders from our external service providers.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This role will create, implement and manage tools and processes that help us deliver on our mission to elevate the quality, performance, value and service of our outsourced delivery model.

The candidate will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training.
  • A minimum of 2 years directly relevant work experience in areas such as business operations, process improvement, contract and/or purchasing coordination. Experience in the areas of supplier or account management is preferred.
  • Experience designing, developing and implementing processes, tools, systems and reporting to support business execution.
  • Experience performing detail-oriented activities leveraging financial acumen, data analysis and visualization skills.
  • Proven ability to improve business processes though process analyses and insights.
  • Creative problem solver, comfortable with ambiguous situations and fast-paced environments.
  • Experience planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing simultaneous activities.
  • Well-developed stakeholder facilitation and communication skills.
  • Strong skill in the area of content development for stakeholder presentations and storytelling.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office with advanced skills in reporting tools such as excel and Airtable. Working experience other business management platforms such as Miro, Tableau is preferred.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

If this is you, you'll be working closely with GPS leaders to enable GPS's global partnership strategy, building relationships with our most critical suppliers around the world and helping to manage the Rhythm of the Business for our partnership offense. This includes:

  • Managing the supplier intake process and supporting systems.
  • Managing business reporting requirements and drive data collection efforts.
  • Managing scheduling and preparation for quarterly business review processes with our key suppliers globally, coordinating dates, surveys, summary materials, KPI reporting and other content generation.
  • Managing the health of our contract management processes, including researching contract terms, tracking key dates and coordinating contract review processes when needed.
  • Managing documentation and publishing of stakeholder mapping across our supplier ecosystem and mapping to internal business teams.
  • Preparing and present documents that communicate the status of Partner Enablement work in flight as well as future roadmap
  • Capturing and Report Partner Success Metrics, Value Proposition & Health Assessments Quarterly
  • Assisting in the development of Business Strategy & Delivery Model Workshops between Nike and key suppliers.
  • Acting as functional subject matter expert for processes and tools related to procurement, purchasing, finance, and legal, including developing a suite of self-serve tools for the broader GPS team.
  • Managing key supplier activation processes including network and systems onboarding.
  • Engaging stakeholders across GPS teams, key Nike internal partners and external partners to drive continuous improvement efforts
  • Leading critical projects as needs arise, leaning in and identifying opportunities, creating business cases, gathering support, and delivering desired outcomes
