As the Analyst, HRIT, you will be responsible for performing analysis, development, testing, and documentation on application projects and support, as well as enhancement requests. You will also serve as a subject matter expert and liaison with team members in business, technology, and leadership.

What you'll do on a typical day:

• Provide working knowledge of the Kronos application and configuration to others
• Assist Kronos Business Analysts with intake and business requirements gathering of enhancements
• Participate in the configuration and implementation of enhancements to satisfy approved business requirements.
• Create Functional Design and Technical Design Documents
• Review Functional Design with Business Partners
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all enhancements
• Write tests scripts and coordinate testing
• Perform QA testing on enhancements
• Provide technical support to Payroll and HR Support Services Team
• Troubleshoot time clocks
• Coordinate and/or provide support for a variety of project related activities
• Develop and maintain technical documentation
• Provide 24/7 on-call rotational support of applications

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• 2 years of Kronos Workforce Central v 8.x timekeeping and accruals functional expertise, preferably in a large, multi-national company
• Ability to establish and maintain solid business relationships and work effectively with business and client contacts
• Ability to communicate business needs to technical people and to communicate and simplify complex technical information for non-technical people

It'd be great if you also have:

• Experience working in JIRA and ServiceNow
• Experience working in a SDLC process driven organization
• Prior pay rule, accrual policy, and/or time clock configuration experience

Employees are paid within a salary range based on their experience, skill set, and market.

Colorado annual salary range: $73,976 to $92,470

New York annual salary range: $77,499 to $96,873

California annual salary range: $81,021 to 101,277

Washington State annual salary range: $77,499 to $96,873

Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set (e.g., if an applicant far exceeds the minimum and preferred qualifications for the role).

In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for annual incentive award.
