As an Analyst I Casino Analytics you'll turn data into insights that shape customer and game strategies while informing key business decisions across a fast-moving digital environment. You'll partner closely with Product Managers Operations Engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate performance uncover opportunities throughout the customer and game lifecycle and support data-driven innovation. In this role you'll develop scalable reporting solutions collaborate with stakeholders analyze experiments and help define how success is measured across critical initiatives. Your work will turn complex data into clear actionable recommendations that enhance customer experiences drive engagement and deliver meaningful business impact.
What you'll do
• Transform large datasets into clear actionable insights that inform business decisions and customer experiences.
• Partner with Product Managers Engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to align on objectives define success metrics and measure performance.
• Analyze customer lifecycle game performance and business metrics to identify trends opportunities and areas for optimization.
• Design execute and analyze A/B tests and experiments to evaluate feature impact and guide data-driven decision-making.
• Build automate and maintain dashboards models and reporting solutions that track key customer game and business metrics.
• Translate complex analyses into clear recommendations and compelling insights for stakeholders across the organization.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experiences operational efficiency and business performance.
What you'll bring
• A Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics Data Science Engineering Economics Business or a related field.
• At least 1 year of business analytics or data science experience in a work or academic setting.
• Experience working with SQL and Snowflake or a similar cloud-based data platform.
• Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau Sigma or similar analytics platforms.
• A foundational understanding of statistics experimentation methodologies hypothesis testing and data analysis techniques.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• The ability to collaborate cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 64000.00 USD - 80000.00 USD plus bonus equity and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role level and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range and how that was determined during the hiring process. Skills Required
