As an Analyst I on our Casino Product Analytics team you'll turn data into insights that drive product strategy and business decisions. You'll partner closely with Product Engineering and Operations teams to evaluate performance uncover opportunities across the user lifecycle and guide product development through data-driven recommendations. In this role you'll analyze experiments build reporting solutions and help shape how we measure success across key product initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Transform large datasets into clear actionable insights that inform product decisions and business outcomes.
- Partner with Product Managers Engineers and operational stakeholders to align on objectives define success metrics and measure performance.
- Design run and analyze A/B tests and experiments to evaluate feature impact and guide product development.
- Analyze user lifecycle and product performance metrics to identify trends opportunities and areas for optimization.
- Build automate and maintain dashboards models and reports that track key product and business metrics.
- Translate complex data into clear compelling stories and recommendations for stakeholders across the organization.
- Proactively identify new opportunities to improve product performance and enhance the customer experience.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics Data Science Engineering Economics Business or a related field.
- Experience working with SQL and Snowflake or a similar data platform.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau Sigma or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of statistics experimentation and hypothesis testing.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 64000.00 USD - 80000.00 USD plus bonus equity and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role level and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range and how that was determined during the hiring process.
