Tasks Summary & Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of EDIFACT, ANSI 110 , XML format EDI mapping.
• Knowledge of CSV formatting & translating of the same to IDOC would be essential to manage the roll outs effectively.
• Coordinate closely with FAP project team & ensure systems are updated with missing and incorrect information in case of any idoc issues/errors.
• Reprocessing SAP idocs as per Business needs
• Support the FAP team on test case creation thereby ensuring project deliverables are carried out well within the agreed timelines. Assist the FAP Project lead in driving projects to completion.
• Regular monitoring of ZINVIN reports in SAP to ensure the idoc errors are rectified on time.
• Involving in Onboarding of new carrier EDI setups or working towards addressing any EDI related issues/existing EDI setup changes.
• Interfacing with EDI Gateway & thereby ensuring the server connections are successful.
• Run and distribute reports as required
• Ensure to work with outsourced partner in addressing EDI queries on daily basis & thereby ensuring deliverables are met as per defined SLA's & KPI's.

• 2-6 years relevant experience in working on EDI platform with sound knowledge on IBM Sterling B2B.
• Possessing strong SAP knowledge in the below segments-
• EDI setup (WE20, OBCA entries)
• Checking on IDOC's and reprocessing (WE05, BD87, WE19 for testing)
• SAP batch jobs (SM37) to reprocess IDOC's in production
• Some of the FI transactions are also related to EDI (OBCD, OBCE).
