Job Summary and Purpose:
As the Analyst III of Compensation, you will possess a passion for data analytics and how to piece together all the puzzle pieces to tell the story. You will work closely with the Compensation business partner and the Director as well as HRBPs across the various business lines.

Participate in special projects and desire for professional growth. Continuously look for process improvements and think creatively, leveraging technology to minimize data issues and manual work. Create and document processes and guidance and assist with training and education to HRBPs and employees. This is a highly analytical role.
Scope/Complexity:
Independently identifies issues/opportunities within owned functional area and proactively identifies solutions. May lead small projects with impact on business wide strategy development.

Job Summary and Purpose:
As the Analyst III of Compensation, you will possess a passion for data analytics and how to piece together all the puzzle pieces to tell the story. You will work closely with the Compensation business partner and the Director as well as HRBPs across the various business lines.
Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible for providing consultative support and administration related to data insights, analytics dashboards and compensation planning (65%)
- Assist in the design and implementation of pay structures and modeling in support of business strategy. Providing business solutions that align with applicable laws and regulations (10%)
- Collaborate in the development of the annual budgeting process, cost modeling and work with finance team (5%)
- Partner with HRBPs to evaluate and benchmark new and existing revised jobs. Participate in job architecture governance and maintenance within our HRIS systems and tools. (20%)

Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree required (BA/BS)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Highly organized, communicative, and able to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with MS Office & Google Suite (sheets, docs, slides, etc.) with the ability to quickly learn new software
- Effective people management skills
- Workday experience is a plus
