Global Integrated Marketing Program Specialist
The Energy Business Unit's Marketing Team is a dynamic and diverse team seated in seven different countries and representing ten cultures. We're looking for a new team member to contribute to our success as we support business growth in the renewables, power utilities and industrial vertical segments.

Position Overview
The Global Integrated Marketing Program Specialist is responsible for supporting the development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and communications programs for the Energy Business Unit (BU) across all media.
This role has a global scope and is primarily responsible for supporting the planning and execution of campaigns, product launches and promotions, as well as tradeshows and webinars. You will support and execute go-to-market adaptation and activation of campaigns across the globe. These include localization of content, sales and distribution enablement, and paid media programs to help increase brand awareness and drive demand generation and revenue growth. You will have in mind important customer insights and contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing content.
The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, be self-directed, and be able to flawlessly execute a variety of projects while partnering with multiple stakeholders including product management, sales, and engineering.
We are looking for a marketing savvy who can communicate well in written, oral, and digital forms.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and create marketing campaigns, adapting content to local markets/languages and execution across all media, including print, video, and digital to increase brand awareness, grow demand, and enable sales and distributors.• Develop go-to-market and sales enablement tools to launch and promote key product ranges across all media.• Define and track metrics linked to marketing success and, leveraging Account Base Marketing, analytics, and data-driven insights on marketing effectiveness, continuously adapt and improve messaging and campaigns to ensure they deliver the desired business results.• Act as a consultant to and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including other Marketing Team members, Product Management, Sales, and Distribution partner marketing teams.• Trade show planning, budget management, execution, and post-event KPI reporting of small, medium, and large tradeshows/exhibitions in North and Latin America.• Coordinate tradeshow vendor services for booth materials and promotional items for Global Sales teams, ensuring maintenance/renewal of stocked items.• Manage external creative agencies to develop online and offline marketing deliverables in line with corporate guidelines.• Lead and/or support other marketing-related projects for the Energy BU or cross-BU as required.• Up to 10% travel required.
What your background should look like:
Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, or communications• 2+ years of integrated marketing experience and live/virtual event marketing execution in an international B2B or technology company• Highly skilled in project management and managing multiple, complex projects simultaneously while providing flawless execution.• Track record of developing and managing impactful campaigns across the marketing mix, from digital to print.• Experience providing direction to agencies and managing vendor relationships and budgets.• Experience with lead capture platforms (iCapture), sales and marketing automation systems(Eloqua, SalesForce).• Fluent in English. Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

COMPENSATION• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $51,700 - $77,500 (subject to change dependent on physical location)• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
