Role Summary
This role will be an integral team member of IT Global Solutions Team, assisting in current and future integration with Engineering Systems/Tools managed by IT. The incumbent will be responsible for assisting with or leading the user/business requirements gathering, work with Solutions Architect(s) to propose advance technical design solutions and assist in the development of accepted solutions. This position will work closely with the Engineering and Manufacturing functional groups to support a variety of Engineering Systems/Tools.
Key Responsibilities

• Work very closely with other members the IT Global Solutions team on projects to meet business objectives and deliveries
• Assists in the development and documentation of Solution Specifications for team members to work with
• Defines, designs, and develops systems requirements
• Evaluates, tests, debugs, and implements applications programs in support of client needs (business requirements)
• Works with team to Investigate and troubleshoot designed solution for continuously improvement of the application
• Responsible for leading several technical projects with user requirements and collaborate with the team
• Development schedules and testing and delivery of the solution to the end customers in a timely manner
• Supports IT Management with developing roadmap, strategy and supporting the governance model
• Works with leadership team to create and enhance vision and strategy for proposed solutions in our ecosystem
• Control upstream and downstream impact analysis for regression risk management
• End User Support

Key Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree
• Minimum 3 years of direct work experience with IT strategy, roadmap, implementation & support
• Experience in computer science, information management, system engineering, or related technical field
• Strong leadership skills
• Experience with Engineering Tools is preferred
• Scripting language like PowerShell, Python and/or JavaScript a huge plus.
• Linux experience is highly desirable
• Highly motivated individual with the ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Presentation skills with ability to deliver IT Global Solutions vision, mission, and strategy to a broad audience.
• Must have strong interpersonal and service-oriented skills with the ability to interface well with engineers, vendors, and other staff members at all levels
• Ability to collaborate with Business Leadership to manage training and other organization change management activities
