What you will do:

The Business Support Analyst IV is responsible for managing multiple providers and projects related to provider account receivables, Executive, DFS and OIR Escalations, provide peer support as needed on existing projects, educate and train team and providers as needed. Analyst will understand pain points, identify gaps in claims processing and execute process improvement initiatives to support Inventory reduction efforts and improve provider satisfaction. Analyst will generate easy to interpret reports based on collected data and findings. Analyst is relied upon to apply business knowledge to projects and provide value-added insights to directly impact business outcomes.

  • Create, present and/or facilitate meetings, webinars, conference calls, training programs, education sessions, certifications, etc. for a variety of internal and external audiences
  • Implement corrective action to enhance network performance and monitor results
  • Responsibilities will include a full range of activities from leading small to mid-level projects to complex projects related to operational functions that affect provider satisfaction
  • Assists with requirements gathering, data analysis, trends, and ad hoc reporting
  • Ensure through data analysis that the organization's programs are consistently administered in compliance with organizational policies and procedures, contractual obligations, rulings, laws, and government regulations
  • Research, analyze, maintain, modify, validate, and prepare data, information and content used in making business decisions. Present findings and articulate findings
  • Produce, edit, and distribute a variety of business documents such as reports, proposals, SOPs/DTPs, procedures, audit results
  • Participate on or lead larger, more complex departmental and/or divisional projects.
  • Plan, organize, monitor, and control projects to ensure the effective use of resources and adherence to project management standards and reporting requirements
  • Serve as a liaison between external business partners and internal functional departments; help achieve objectives by serving as a resource in the interpretation, application and compliance with internal and external laws, regulations, policies, procedures, standards, and practices

What you will need:

Experience:
  • 5+ years related work experience
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Claims Experience
Education:

  • Related Bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience
