Job Description:

This position is not eligible for Microchip immigration sponsorship.

We are seeking an entry level and highly motivated and dynamic individual to focus on and enhance our Wireless products business operations and E-commerce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with our Microchip Direct and Distribution partners. This role will involve generating reports using Tableau and contributing to the overall marketing strategy of the wireless business unit.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Microchip Direct and Distribution partners to optimize business objectives and e-commerce strategies.

2. Generate comprehensive reports using Tableau to provide insights into business performance and market trends.

3. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive business growth.

4. Analyze market trends and competitor strategies.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and implement project work.

6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing strategies and practices.

7. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2. Knowledge of business operations and e-commerce platforms.

3. Familiarity with Tableau for generating reports and analyzing data.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

7. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
