American Express is looking for a Marketing Analyst to contribute to the company's focus on cash-flow and digital financial products for small businesses, including American Express Business Blueprint.

The products, originally designed by the Fintech startup Kabbage, are offered to millions of small business owners to streamline actions that could help them grow their businesses, such as managing cash flow, receiving payments from customers, and acquiring business funding.

Kabbage was acquired by American Express in 2020.

This team is seeking a highly motivated candidate to be the Analyst, for Business Line of Credit. This is a growth opportunity for the right candidate to support acquisition marketing strategy, creative development and testing, as well as campaign execution focused on BLOC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support delivery for integrated acquisition marketing
  • Collaborate closely with internal partners on targeting, product offering, incentive offers, and customer insights to identify and address opportunities to support the program
  • Partner across a broad stakeholder group including Product, Engagement Marketing, Risk, Analytics and Compliance to deliver innovative, compliant campaigns
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure shared delivery across channels
  • Develop test and learn curriculum to drive continued data-driven enhancements to marketing program
  • Support collaborative annual planning, forecast updates, budget management and performance reporting

Qualifications:

  • Ability to multi-task, operate autonomously, and prioritize effectively
  • Enjoys working in a team environment with a positive attitude
  • Experience effectively building and/or executing test and learn marketing campaigns
  • Exceptional relationship skills - a person who proactively collaborates, seeks input and understands others' goals to bring out the best for the business
  • Strong communicator with strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills-with interest in enhancing their ability to package information and tell a story to business stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills; and ability to balance multiple priorities with close attention to detail
  • Results driver with exceptional sense of accountability and ownership
  • Positive energy and enthusiasm with a "can-do" attitude and sense of humor
  • Experience with email campaign execution a plus
  • Familiarity with the Business Line of Credit product is a plus

Additional Details:

  • Location: 200 Vesey St, New York, NY 10285
  • Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with American Express in the U.S. is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
