Job Description:

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study required

Work Experiences:

• 2+ years of analytics related work experience required, focused on experience in test/learn, share analysis and competitive intelligence
• Experience with Circana

Skills:

• Test and Learn, AB test design
• Control group selection
• Measurement including statistical testing
• Market share
• Understand the business needs and proactively solve problems using an unbiased, data-driven approach
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team setting
• Analytical, with strong problem-solving abilities and creative resolution skills
• Ability to remain organized, pay strict attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines with high volume, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including building reports with slicers and macros, Access, and PowerPoint; VBA experience preferred
• Proficiency in Circana

Responsibilities:

• Execute test and learns for the enterprise (including marketing, merchandising, ecom, ops, finance)
• Measure lift and prepare measurement reports for clients
• Provide statistical testing to lift figures
• Run monthly and quarterly market share reporting
• Conduct ad-hoc market share reporting
• Run monthly and quarterly competitive intelligence reporting
• Assist with traffic reporting
• Develop a thorough understanding of Academy's policies, procedures and safety rules
• Duties may change; team members may be required to perform other duties as assigned
