Analyst - Media Intelligence

The Analyst on the Media Intelligence team is responsible for generating and managing data that drives Cision reports. By establishing a solid foundation of accurate and timely data the Analyst plays a critical role in

ensuring the success of all deliverables and supporting the report creation process through all

phases.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Manages content searches and uploading processes prioritize coding tasks and perform regular data checks while understanding project coding structures.

• Utilizes knowledge of data flow and our system’s stream readers and dictionaries to troubleshoot issues and resolve them.

• Reports regularly to manager establish open communications to prioritize tasks and manage workflow.

• Utilizes established reporting templates and tools to contribute to assigned reports research and write basic qualitative insights.

• Take ownership of initial data exports and assist in charting and report production as needed.

• Provides daily support to Senior Analysts and Team Leads. This includes tasks such as contact management data verification and report production.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or 1-2 years previous experience in analysis with a strong background in professional writing and reporting.

• Proficient in utilizing Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation purposes.

$42000 - $44089 a year

For Individuals based in Colorado Washington New York and California Cision is required to disclose a compensation range for this role. The range of $42000-44089 is specific to these locations and includes base salary and on-target commission earnings. Cision offers competitive uncapped on-target commission earnings.
