Job Summary
The Analyst, Media Management Platforms is a business analyst, well-versed with Linear media technologies. This role will support the Director, Media Management Platforms with functional and technical requirements, project management and ad hoc activities.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- 25% - Deliver workflow and technology improvements for linear media planning, buying and reconciliation at Horizon Media
- 25% - Execute the day to day operational needs of Horizon Media's linear activation tools.
- 20% - Identify business efficiency opportunities and provide solutions to increase effectiveness.
- 20% - Provide stewardship and support on projects such as application development and vendor integrations.
- 10% - Collaborate with Business Operations to educate and train teams using the buying and planning systems. Participate in UAT for said systems.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support to the linear media applications and ancillary tools at Horizon Media in New York and Los Angeles offices.
- Participate in the operational governance processes of the business organization. Assist with driving corporate competitive advantage through the innovative application of technologies and software.
- Help develop workflow and policy changes within the media applications community.
- Work in a consultative fashion with other departments as an advisor of technologies and applications that may improve their efficiencies and effectiveness.

Knowledge and Skills Required
- Understanding of Media Operations
- 1-2 yrs. relevant overall experience with media applications, activation and planning
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and quality
- Microsoft Office Professional (Word, Outlook, Excel, PPT)
- English proficiency and excellent grammatical, writing, and editorial skills are required
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
- Must be customer service focused to both internal & external clients

Physical Activity and Work Environment
- Light activity required to visit users throughout the Horizon Media office space
- Occasional travel is required to visit Horizon's regional offices

Salary Range
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00
A successful applicant's actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure/certifications, and equity.
