Analyst - NA Logistics Programs

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Analyst, NA Logistics Programs is an important role in the Peloton Logistics organization.  In this position you will be involved in various projects and strategic initiatives related to North American logistics and transportation. 

The Analyst will be responsible for updating the budgeting and spend tracking for all projects related to NA Logistics, assisting in new product launches, and coordinating logistics support for various special projects. The Analyst will be the liaison between the logistics team and cross functional teams for strategic projects and initiatives. You will be responsible for tracking NA Logistics KPIs and developing key analytics to drive cost efficiencies.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

• Track and report on project costs and milestones for management review.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth execution of product launches and special strategic initiatives.
• Drive standardization across logistics operations for new initiatives, product launches, and strategic transformations.
• Generate, maintain, and analyze operational KPIs and performance for the logistics network.
• Liaise with other cross functional teams to ensure that all project requirements are met.
• Translate data into clear action items and insights to Supply Chain leadership
• Assist in programs from start to finish, including identifying processes, deadlines, and milestones.
• Interact with all business stakeholders in identifying business needs, building relationships, and driving cross-functional projects..
• Establish dashboards to monitor and review multiple distribution functions including inventory, inbound receiving, and outbound shipping.
• Support analytical inputs and ad-hoc data collection as necessary by logistics team
• Model costs and operational tradeoffs for varying logistics scenarios
• Execute additional logistics or transportation related functions as directed by leadership

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

• 1+ years of professional experience
• BS in Business, Logistics, Analytics or similar
• Experience with fast-paced and high visibility projects
• Advanced in Excel, comfortable with large data sets
• Experience with supply chain systems (WMS, ERP, TMS)
• Experience in SQL and Tableau is a plus
• Effortlessly transition between working autonomously and collaboratively
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with a bias towards action

Base Salary: $69,500.00 - $90,400.00

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
