Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Power BI Analyst specializing in Systems BI to join our team. This role will be instrumental in maintaining and developing bonus accrual calculation and reporting processes using Power BI, extracting data from multiple systems and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality across global entities.

Responsibilities:

• Bonus Accruals and Payout Calculation: Utilize Power BI to maintain and enhance the calculation of bonus accruals and payouts. Extract data from various systems and files, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in bonus calculations.
• Reporting Development: Develop and maintain robust reporting of bonus metrics across multiple global entities using Power BI. Design visually compelling dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights while safeguarding data confidentiality.
• Understanding Bonus Calculation Complexities: Develop a deep understanding of all elements involved in bonus calculation and payment processes. Stay updated on bonus structures, policies, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Global Contact for Bonus Queries: Act as a key global contact for bonus calculation queries and issues. Provide timely responses and resolutions to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy in bonus-related communications.

Qualifications

Skills:

• Proficiency in Power BI (Desktop / Service) and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
• Strong data visualization skills, with the ability to create intuitive and insightful dashboards and reports.
• Knowledge of databases and experience in data extraction and integration from multiple sources.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive meaningful conclusions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in utilizing Power BI for reporting, and data visualization.
• Experience with database management and SQL querying.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
• Understanding of financial bonus calculation methodologies and regulatory compliance is a plus.
