Position Summary

The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for assisting in the development, creation and updating of product and marketing and communications initiatives with the goal of increasing turnkey content for the sales organization. The role will work with both internal and external audiences and will be an integral part in the execution of product communications and marketing. Included in this role is the management of the firm's automated marketing content, creation of necessary marketing materials both digital and printed, assisting with video projects such as property tours.

Essential Duties

• Assist in updating monthly and quarterly marketing, diligence and back-office materials
• Project manage material review through compliance and legal review process
• Draft content to support marketing campaigns and outreach
• Maintain and update seismic library of product content and web-based material
• Proofreading of firm's product marketing collateral
• Assist with digital projects such as video editing and creation
• Assist with the coordination of photographing assets
• Assist with the coordination of fund webinars and update calls as needed
• Additional duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• 1-2+ years of relevant experience within marketing, product content or similar field
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Highly PC literate with knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Illustrator
• Ability to demonstrate assertiveness, initiative, creativity and to concurrently manage multiple deadline-driven tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal, written/verbal communication, project management skills and ability to work independently and solve problems
• Strong attention to detail required with knowledge of AP style
• A team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality, including ability to maintain confidentiality

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.

$70,000 - $95,000
