We are looking for an Analyst, Program Operations to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

As the Analyst, Program Operations, you will be responsible for the meeting the customers critical delivery deadline expectations though the management of vendors relationships and process logistics.
A Day in the Life
- Customize master file data - manage delivery dates to maximize delivery of vans. Furthermore, enables us to track permanent plates, mitigate rental cost and temp tags.
- Manages Vendor Relationships, including 3 - 5 times per week results review, requirements forecasting and performance outcomes on vehicle deliver volumes of 200 - 800 per week.t
- Presents Weekly results to Client along with rolling 3 week forecast
- Responsible for Master reject file - data that is rejected from the master. Research the root case and have it corrected so the data feeds properly.
- Repairs - Manage repair throughput for new vehicles at Hub
- Maintain records of required vehicle services while vehicle are in a storage status; Including but not limited to:
- Vehicle exercise cycles
- DOT Inspections
- Ensure vehicles are road ready when delivered; Including but not limited to:
- License plate or temp tag attached
- Post Requisites
- Monitor the Transport Vendor pickup orders from the upfitter to the staging storage location within the customers established expectations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, 2 or 4 year degree preferred
- 2-5 years customer service or client account management experience is highly desirable, preferably in a B2B service environment
- Process Management experience preferred.
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt or above is an asset.
- Production Forecasting is an asset
- A demonstrated history of problem solving in complex operational experiences is required
- MS Office - proficient in the following
- Excel - ability to add data to cells, use functions, pivots, sort data
- Word - ability to create documents
- Smartsheet
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to focus on details
- Excellent work ethic
*This role is in office T,W,TH weekly in our Owings Mills, MD, or Hopkins, MN office".
