About the Team
Miro's Communications Team crafts stories that set Miro apart from the competition in the eyes of our employees, users, and everyone else. This role will report to Miro's Head of Communications and will be a critical member of the team, designing and implementing Miro's overall industry analysts and influencer strategy.
Each role at Miro is based at one of our physical hubs, and we look for talent that wants to be part of these local, collaborative communities. Mironeers work in a hybrid model, with two days a week in office culture as our baseline.

As Miro's Senior Manager, Analyst Relations you will play a crucial role in defining and driving analyst relations strategy and day-to-day programming. You'll have the chance to work with key leaders and partners across Miro to craft and tell our unique story. You will build and maintain relationships with the global analyst community, and share industry trends and insights with the broader team. You'll get to exercise creative thinking to bring plans to life. This is a unique role that blends strategy, executive visibility and strong execution

What you'll do
- Create a vision and strategy for an analyst relations program including detailed metrics, key strategies and programming, and resource requirements vital to drive business results.
- Develop and coordinate a recurring engagement model between leading analyst firms, including regular inquiries around product investments, and enterprise-wide briefings that help analysts see the full vision.
- Serve as the liaison between analysts and the organization, translating Miro's product vision, organizational priorities and growth plans into a compelling narrative that drives strong analyst research coverage.
- Work directly with leaders in product, product marketing, and sales to provide strategic counsel on analyst briefings, inclusion in key reports, and use of analyst contacts and content across various programs.
What you'll need
- 8+ years of proven experience defining and driving high profile analyst relations programs; additional experience in communications/PR and marketing a plus
- Exceptional writing and communication skills; ability to create compelling content and synthesize sophisticated topics
- Master planning skills, as evidenced by the ability to prioritize, organize, and deliver on time, all while keeping teams advised of industry happenings
- Demonstrated ability to speak to a wide range of audiences including technical audiences and senior business decision makers.
- Proven success collaborating and maintaining positive and productive relationships with diverse business partners across a range of functions
- Adept at working in a fast-paced, diverse, global environment
