Analyst - Remote

Monday - Friday 9 a.m. PST - 5:30 p.m. PST

We’re looking for an Analyst to support a Global Team within Microsoft to drive impact with one of our leading client teams. This individual will play a key role in partnering closely with multiple teams to keep consistent, up-to-date process and documentation of the group.

Would you like to…

• Help analyze current risk detection flags

• Be curious in driving thorough investigations, using various data tools, data insights and query languages

• Document learnings from past incidents in order to understand trends and make continuous efforts to minimize impact to the platform and other customers

• Prospect and develop new partnerships, including researching, identifying, and vetting prospects, managing communications with all prospective partners

• Create documentation around new processes for onboarding and scaling the team

• Collaborate with SME to identify technical requirements and backlog any development projects requiring collaboration

• Triage tickets

• Facilitates development team request eliminating blockers

What you bring…

• 4-6 years of previous analytical or program management experience

• Knowledge of MS Visio or equivalent

• Curiosity and intuitive nature to investigate issues

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately is a must

• Proven ability to influence and drive cross functional collaboration

• Experience working in cross functional teams comprised of various agencies all united to achieve the same goal

• A high degree of skill at interpreting data to inform strategy and provide actionable insights

• Interest and discipline to learn about our product portfolio

• Exceptional organizational skills

• A customer service mindset when working with stakeholders

• Microsoft experience a plus

• Exceptional collaboration skills with experience developing strong collaborative relationships with a diverse range of partners

• You are highly motivated to accomplish recurring tasks and solve problems with strong focus and follow-through

• You demonstrate curiosity and positivity in a team environment

• You are comfortable working remotely

• Knowledge of SQL/KQL or other querying languages/keen interest to learn
