What You Will Be Doing

The Analyst Roaming & EV Charging will maintain pricing of Charge Point Operators (CPOs) which are connected to ChargePoint’s software platform as well as managing contracts with partners and play a crucial role in ensuring ChargePoint’s services are billed correctly towards customers and partners. This Role will manage some existing relationships, for example partners connected through clearing houses, and may be involved in tasks associated with managing these integrations (e.g. data management, contract reviews, working with partners to resolve production issues). Activities also will involve managing the technical setup and configuration of customers on the be.ENERGISED platform.

  • Supporting function, helping the sales team with creating reports and the support team with debugging production issues.
  • Interaction with a range of software tools used internally, including Excel, Salesforce, Confluence, Tableau, and Jira, as well as custom-build interfaces.
  • Interacion with tools developed by our partners, including Hubject, Gireve, and eClearing.
  • Focus on ChargePoint’s be.ENERGISED platform but may also cover other ChargePoint software services

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or similar fields.
  • Previous experience in data analytics, partnership management or technical support is a plus.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • The capacity to build expert knowledge of our roaming services and functionality.
  • A customer-centric and problem-solving mindset, with a willingness and ability to own problems to their resolution.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with software tools such as Excel, preferably also with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence.
  • Previous experience in a SaaS company or within the automotive, energy or CleanTech industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken (any additional language is a plus, particularly German)
  • Affinity for e-mobility and sustainability topics
  • Passion for numbers and solving complex problems
  • Previous roaming-related (e.g. OCPI) knowledge or experience is a plus
