What you'll contribute:

  • Create and maintain initiatives in Grow Us Program in Latam region to have solid curriculum and measurable targets. Develop senior-level presentations for the short-term plans.
  • Align strategy and Coordinate product & sales engagement teams to enrich curriculum in Grow Us in Latam
  • Support strategic communication process in light of the Sales Enablement objectives.
  • Support the execution of the regional Latam NPS (internal and external) plan and track and report current year progress.
  • Support & Enrich Latam coaching processes across the region in KAM and leaders.
  • Build content (levering IT platforms) to support a variety of enablement process & components and other high-visibility, high-stakes materials involving sales engagement & solutions internal stakeholders.
  • Support project management of different enablement & CX initiatives across the region.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business or other related discipline.
  • Ideal candidate should have 1-2yrs of experience in a financial or services company
  • Must have business planning experience along with strong communication skills.
  • Must be medium proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and the Office Suite of applications.
  • Must be 100% fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Location Bogota D
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a dynamic team in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent problem solving and influencing skills.
  • Team worker; excellent communication and presentation skills
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
