Analyst, Sales & Operations (Schedule Engine)

About the Role:
As a Senior Analyst for ServiceTitan (ScheduleEngine) company Sales Strategy & Operations you'll be responsible for driving the success of the sales organization by managing items such as pipeline health, lead integration, reporting, data scrubbing, demand generation support, and support administration of the Schedule Engine CRM & technology stack. This is a high impact position that helps drive our Sales organization forward. The right candidate for this role should always push the envelope, be organized, eager to problem solve and excited about making an impact in this industry. This role works closely with all divisions of the Schedule Engine team and will report to the Sales Development Manager.
What You'll Do:
- Pipeline Health. Support Pipeline Health with prioritization to increase speed to lead and create criteria to ensure that books of business are equitable for long term success
- Integrate Cross-Team Lead Channels. Partner with Mktg and ST XDR organization to support demand gen efforts, Integrate new ST pipeline sources (e.g. C/L, DQ, etc. opps) into SDR pipeline, Integrate Schedule Engine Enterprise (SEE) opps into SDR pipeline
- Reporting. Accurately report and track sales activities and KPIs within CRM, Google Sheets, and other supporting technologies.
- CRM Management. Support the infrastructure changes in a timely fashion with a deep understanding of the ramifications of each change, Ability to implement and suggest best practices and processes, leverage historical knowledge of processes to implement quick and meaningful change.
- CRM Dashboards. Creation and upkeep of KPI dashboards and corresponding reports in CRM, delivering insights to the sales team.
- Marketing Ops Reporting. Require a rev ops resource to dig in to various SE lead source platforms & processes to assess exisiting integrations & SOP to effectively automate hours of resourcing time spent towards manual reporting (systems & processes include: Digioh, Calendly, List upload process, SFMC, SFDC).
- Tracking & Attribution. Require marketing ops resource to enable attribution tracking and reporting through the SE sales funnel to drive visibility into which sales & marketing tactics are most effective (from a CAC perspective) to enable strategic investments to drive SE growth. This encompasses various lead sources (inbound & outbound).
- Playbook Support. Support the upkeep of relevant playbook, training, and collateral used across client-facing teams.
- Process Improvement. Helping grow the sales team and build scalable, repeatable workflows.
- Execution. Meet goals, consistently hit targets, and exceed expectations.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM
- Experience leading projects and integration supporting tech stack tools into CRM
- Sales process domain experience
- A strong desire to learn new technologies
