Basic Job Functions:

The Sales Operations team supports new business development and applies technology to improve risk management, business process, sales reporting, and contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems. This is a growing team with opportunities for professional development and the ability to engage globally.

The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting opportunity creation, data integrity and reporting within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This entails supporting key sales activities such as facilitating the deal risk committee, customer onboarding, data analysis and reporting. The position will interface with and coordinate internally across project finance, product management, supply chain, warranty, O&M, engineering, and construction representatives.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics or similar. OR
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role with no degree
  • Prior experience in Data Analytics, engineering, finance, sales, or sales support role is a plus
  • Familiarity with solar or renewable energy modeling, design, or construction a plus

Required Skills/Competencies:

  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite, with emphasis Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal skills; excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Ability to absorb and process information to prepare and present to internal stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong critical thinking, planning, organization, and execution skills
  • Ability to anticipate issues and recommend solutions.
  • Ability to receive and apply constructive feedback and guidance to improve work product

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales Associates in detailing and tracking customer deals and facilitate deal risk committee in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain Salesforce.com with contracts and other documents.
  • Support deal leads throughout the transaction and execution process.
  • Build familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM with the goal of managing and maintaining sales opportunities

  • Analyst will report to US Sr. Manager

Travel:

  • Travel: 0 - 10%

Estimated Annual Salary Range:

  • $58,000-$81,000 annually
