Analyst, Sales Pipeline Operations

The Analyst, Sales Pipeline Strategy & Operations is an integral role on the Revenue Strategy & Operations team contributing to ServiceTitan’s GTM effectiveness. They will play a critical role in the interplay between Marketing, Sales Development and Sales as we look to generate the most high-quality pipeline and convert it into new ServiceTitan customers.
ServiceTitan is looking for an experienced analyst with strong communication skills, a fast learner and high attention to detail to join the always-exciting Sales Pipeline Strategy & Operations team. A successful candidate will have the ability to work independently in a dynamic, rapidly-growing, and fast-paced environment.
What you'll do:

Have the ability to think critically and validate the quality and compliance of pipeline at scale, providing an unbiased lens to drive the business to better outcomes

Oversee automated pipeline allocation across account executives, and provide oversight / intervene in automated processes when a qualitative lens needed

Perform data collection, data review and data analysis, thinking through both trends observed current state and identifying potential for future automation and scalability.

Partner cross-functionally and serve as key liaison & escalation point for marketing, sales development and sales on pipeline related topics
What you'll need:
-
1+ years of relevant experience at a Technology (or similar) company in Operations, Finance or Data analytics
-
Strong understanding of the Tech Industry sales cycle

Experience with Salesforce and any analytical software preferred (SQL/Tableau a plus).

BS/BA in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, nice to have
