We are seeking an Analyst Senior, Finance to join our team at the Nissan North Americas Headquarters in Franklin, TN.

Job Summary:

Plans, prepares, consolidates and reports annual budgets, monthly financial forecasts, and variance analyses. Reviews and processes expenditure requests. Tracks and analyzes revenues and expenses for projects and operations. Conducts complex ad-hoc analysis as needed. Supports development of mid-range plan. Manages monthly financial close process to ensure accurate reporting. Contributes to building brand value and achieving enduring profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial information to assist both Finance and Marketing and Sales leadership in making well informed business decisions
• Provide comprehensive financial support / guidance to enable delivery of Business Plan and Forecast commitments
• Provide month-end variance explanations of actual results vs Budget and Forecasts
• Review and provide recommendations for process improvements with the finance teams
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization efforts within the finance activity
• Develop an understanding of the operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within Marketing and Sales and their relationship with financial performance
• Perform Month end close responsibilities including but not limited to reconciliations, deep dive cost analysis, by model reporting, and SVP presentation package
• Be the point of contact for financial requests from both the region and global function
• Perform special projects and ad-hoc financial reporting as required

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of related professional experience. Automotive background preferred.
• Firm understanding of financial concepts related to financial statements, and basic accounting principles as well as excellent analytical skills.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Previous experience with Hyperion Planning and SAP preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
