We are currently seeking an Analyst, Site Support to join our diverse and dynamic team. The Analyst, Site Support provides data analysis support to the feasibility team on all aspects of Investigator/site feasibility and patient recruitment planning data. Provides data analysis support to management team in terms of monthly metrics reporting and specific analysis projects as requested. Responsible for data entry of 1SPRINT system and generation of reports and assists in development or questionnaires on Clicktools as well as mapping to 1SPRINT.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Investigator/Site Data Analysis: Conduct searches on Investigators by country or specialty and analyze past recruitment rates by indication and country. Provide detailed metrics for Request for Proposals (RFPs) and proposals as needed.

• Patient Recruitment Analysis: Evaluate patient recruitment rates, including metrics on the involvement of countries and regions in clinical studies.

• Preferred Investigator Identification: Utilize performance data to identify and recommend preferred status for high-performing Investigators.

• Investigator Performance Review: Analyze Investigators under review and follow up on their performance.

• Objective Adherence: Ensure that all objectives, metrics, quality standards, and timelines related to feasibility and recruitment planning are strictly adhered to. This includes effective communication and maintaining system accuracy.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Life Sciences, Business, or a relevant discipline).

• Proven experience in data analysis and support, particularly in a clinical or research setting.

• Strong proficiency with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, data visualization tools, statistical software).

• Experience in maintaining and updating databases.

• Exceptional data analysis and interpretation skills.

• Proficiency in generating reports, dashboards, and communication templates.
