PURPOSE STATEMENT

Provide financial leadership & decision support and insight to support supply chain functional groups with primary focus on procurement

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

1. Ensure all Corporate financial requirements (Global Procurement Projections, Cost Standards, Consumption) are delivered in an accurate and timely manner.
2. Development of accurate financial models, based upon realistic assumptions to support business needs and decisions (Procurement sourcing, formula optimization, forecasting, etc.).
3. Provide quality advice, analysis and counsel to WHQ functional areas and Field Finance. This includes analysis of cost changes in US produced products and spending on a periodic basis.
4. Indirect Procurement team member; providing financial support and analysis for opportunities worldwide and improving data quality, classifications and dashboarding
5. Facilitates problem resolution between functional groups (US & International, Finance and Procurement or any other issues) for customer and product related questions or issues.
6. Assess, review, approve, and track savings projects. Audit projects when necessary and ensure opportunities are realized.
7. Identifies process improvements to enhance performance of group.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant business experience
• MBA or other advanced degree/certification preferred
• Project management experience preferred
• PC Proficiency with SAP, Windows, Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI)
