What to expect:

We are looking for an experienced Analyst, Supply Chain Solutions to join our Supply Chain Center of Excellence. In this role you will provide business process guidance, problem solving and on-going operational support to the Global user community for the Supply Chain solutions. This individual will have a strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning in addition to a broad understanding of other Supply Chain processes, (Scheduling, Discrete and Process Manufacturing, Inventory, Cost Accounting, Logistics, including 3PL, and Direct and Indirect Procurement).

This individual will troubleshoot issues to determine a root cause and recommend / implement solution, identify strategic benefits of current and future applications based on wider industry analysis and benchmarking. They must have the ability to work and build confidence with the business counterparts on improvements that can bring considerable value to Hologic.

  • Supports Hologic's strategic manufacturing and supply chain operations organizations.
  • Identify strategic benefits of current and future Planning solutions based on wider industry analysis and benchmarking.
  • Build trust, confidence and influence with Senior Management on strategic initiatives that deliver business value to Hologic.
  • Bring industry expertise and concepts pertaining to Integrated Business Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning concepts for review and analysis with the ability to implement related strategic decisions.
  • Gather and evaluate business requirements, develop detailed functional specification for potential business process improvements.
  • Supports multiple projects/tasks within assigned area of the Supply Chain Operations portfolio and related business applications.
  • Perform application setup and configuration in support of the implementation of new modules or the addition of new functionality.
  • Develop test plans, support the business partners in testing and verification efforts for production releases and verifying business User Acceptance Testing.
  • Understand and/or help to determine business main objectives and identifies impact to other areas of the business while working with Reporting and Analytics COE.
  • Facilitates communication with developers to ensure that customer requirements are translated to design specifications and appropriate testing efforts.
  • Strong knowledge of Supply chain Planning Solutions and business processes.
  • Broad knowledge of Manufacturing and Supply Chain including Logistics functions.
  • Technical ability allows self-sufficient work behavior across a broad spectrum of Supply chain areas.
  • Knowledge and experience with Integrated Business Planning functions and Process Manufacturing desired.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across all Hologic lines of business (and Geographies). Serve as first point of contact for strategic initiatives across the divisions. Ability to create and deploy standardized solutions across the entire supply chain, optimize internal processes, and provide strategic value for Hologic.
  • Occasional to travel and work at any Hologic location globally as projects require.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving, and communications skills.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, or equivalent through experience.

  • Experience with Oracle eBusiness specifically, Release 12 Supply Chain and Advanced Planning Applications
  • Experience with Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) preferable
  • Exposure to Kinaxis Rapid Response preferable
  • S&OP and Demand Planning processes and related tools

The annualized base salary range for this role is $88,700 to $138,000 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
