As the analyst, you will be supporting the pest management program for Walmart US. You will be part of a team that partners with various stakeholders in our stores, clubs, DCs/FCs, and HO facilities in order to provide our customers and members with pest free facilities. As an Analyst, Pest Management - Operations Compliance you will make an impact by...

• Being comfortable with technology, data entry, and communication with internal and external business partners to obtain compliance information.
• Review pest reports provided by the pest control vendor for findings and corrective actions.
• Conduct research and analyze data to determine trends or areas of opportunity.
• Tracking and analyzing compliance and pest data to create and deliver reports.
• Proactively identifying and pursuing necessary documents and required information in a timely manner.

You'll sweep us off our feet if:

• You have prior project management experience or training.
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
• You have experience with Microsoft Office tools, with strong excel skills.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00-$40.00

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
