The Associate Business Analyst with strong analytical and product management skills to join a small team (Toro Hosted Business Systems). This position supports several Toro distributors with their ERP system (Infor CSD, SXe) as well as their business processes to make them more successful. As a Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in understanding and documenting capabilities needed to address business challenges. We are looking for someone self-motivated, customer centric, detail-oriented, and have excellent problem-solving abilities.
What Will You Do?
In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:
- Provide second tier support services as a subject matter expert for channel partner applications.
- Interfaces and coordinates incidents with customers, Toro IS teams and vendors.
- Analyze business practices within Toro and the distribution channel to utilize this information to influence system enhancements and maintenance requests.
- Define functional and detailed requirements by analyzing business processes and work with the technology development team to design specifications.
- Create functional design documents for new reports, including report layout specifications.
- Lead discovery sessions, publish meeting minutes, and ensure completion of action items.
- Consult with business process owners to evaluate alternative approaches during system development.
- Be available for off hours on-call rotation if needed.
- Distributor advocate within Toro.
- Conduct system demonstrations and coordinate the creation of user guides.
- Assist in troubleshooting system issues, identify root cause, and recommend solutions.
- Lead the user acceptance testing effort with the responsible business process owner.
- Monitor and document post-implementation problems and revision requests.

What Do You Need?
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline with experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Infor's CSD ERP system desired, but not required.
This position can be ONSITE in Bloomington, MN, hybrid or REMOTE!
Travel requirements of < 10%

Competitive Salary - The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
