Analyst, Total Rewards

At Strive Health, data drives business decisions to make the most meaningful impacts in healthcare. Our Total Rewards team is intentional about using data-driven approaches to continue to elevate Strive's work experience. This newly created role will primarily focus on supporting the People Team through advancement of our data driven approaches within compensation and total rewards. This role is located in Denver, CO.

 

Essential Functions

  • Provide critical support to the business around issues of rewards management and planning by leveraging employee data and market research to drive change for the better and enable fair and equitable decisions across the organization.
  • Create compelling narratives through data to share findings with key stakeholders and leaders on rewards recommendations.
  • Conduct analyses to support fair and consistent competitive compensation practices and governance using new data insights, including external benchmarking, internal data, industry trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in the annual cycle of analyzing the competitiveness of Strive’s compensation programs by responding to salary surveys, conducting annual market competitive analyses, recommending adjustments to existing structure.
  • Support in administration of semi-annual compensation cycles and off-cycle compensation actions, including execution of salary increase and incentive programs.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable organization policies and practices as well as pay related legislation to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour requirements.
  • Identify and create new opportunities for efficiency, process improvement and automation with an aim to advance and simplify rewards administration using our primary compensation management and planning platform, Payscale, and other Rewards Insights platforms.
  • Collaborate with HR functions on business needs to streamline information organization and analysis.

 Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in compensation, people analytics, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years' experience using excel and conducting compensation analyses

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using a compensation management tool, such as Payfactors
  • Experience participating in compensation benchmarking surveys
  • Experience partnering with outside vendors to drive results

Annual Salary Range: $63,600.00 - $74,800.00

 

Strive Health offers competitive compensation and benefits.  An annual performance bonus, determined by company and individual performance, is available for many roles and aligned to Strive Health guidelines.
