Why This Role Is Valuable
The Revantage Treasury and Debt Capital Markets team is a key contributor supporting financing and cash activities under Blackstone Real Estate. Integrated directly with the Blackstone Debt Capital Markets team and portfolio companies, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of analytical, origination, assumption and reporting activities relating to Blackstone's loan facilities and cash forecasting
This position is based out of Dallas, TX

• Prepare multiple reports across funds focusing on debt metrics
• Prepare lender reporting for corporate and NAV facilities
• Support team in team in preparation of reporting on derivative activity
• Daily maintenance of Chatham debt database
• Assist in preparation of presentations to senior leaders across Blackstone playing a key role in providing data for business decisions to be made
• Ability to understand loan agreements and apply terms to reporting requests
• Extremely efficient in building complex excel models
• Analytical and able to articulate issues as they arise
• Review fund reporting metrics and play a key role in understanding process and performance across all asset classes
• Assist valuation team members as inbound questions arise on debt impact to assets
• Support BX Debt Capital Markets team directly on reporting initiatives across the firm

What You Bring To The Role
Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related area
• 1-2 years in investment banking, capital markets with exposure to debt financing transactions
• Solid understanding of Accounting, Finance, and Business principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong quantitative and spreadsheet skills
• Detail oriented and self-motivated
• Strong technological, analytical, and problem-solving skills with superior attention to detail
• Sound judgment in dealing with lender relations and in evaluating when to appropriately escalate issues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented, self-starter, team player, and have ability to handle multiple projects at once
