Analyst, Wind Development
Job Description
AES Clean Energy (AES) is currently seeking a Wind Development Coordinator to support project development efforts as a member of AES's Wind New Project Team. The Wind Team is responsible for internal origination, development, and execution of wind projects throughout the country. The successful candidate will report to a Director of New Projects and support day to day project development activities as well as due diligence efforts.
This position will be based in Louisville, CO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with real estate title professional to draft site control documents (wind leases and options to lease).
- Manage administration of all site control documents.
- Manage the drafting and administration of all contracts with third parties.
- Maintain processes relevant to general business operations within the New Projects team.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software with strong Excel skills
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, very self-reliant, and capable of operating with minimum supervision
- Strong time management skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Real Estate knowledge and experience a plus

The expected salary for this position, at commencement of employment, is between $60,000 and $76,500/Annual; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements such as annual bonus, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, vision, life, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if a candidate receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
