This role is within CGI's Customer Experience and Technical Support function. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Identify the components of an employee profile and the necessary steps to ensure accurate employee profiles and (ii) Interpret reports and has experience assembling, publishing, and explaining data. Education requirements include: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; Experience requirements include: 1 year in Contact Center.

Coordinator, Workforce Management Responsibilities:
- Identify the components of an employee profile and the necessary steps to ensure accurate employee profiles
- Interpret reports and has experience assembling, publishing, and explaining data
- Create and assign employee schedules, while providing examples of issues and resolutions encountered when designing and implementing a staffing plan
- Delegate tasks to Agents and document actions required for resolution
- This position requires regular and predictable on-site attendance and the ability to work the particular shift and/or schedule to which you are assigned, as well as additional hours as needed.
- Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams
- Protect CGI's reputation by keeping information confidential
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed
Coordinator, Workforce Management Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 1 year in Contact Center
- Working knowledge in Contact Center processes
- Analytical, problem solving, organizational/planning skills; basic Excel skills
- Ability to create and follow process documentation completely
- Preferred Qualifications: Associate's Degree, Experience with Workforce Management
