This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional to play a hands-on role in high-impact M&A transactions within the technology sector. You will be deeply involved across the full deal lifecycle, from financial analysis and valuation to execution and closing. Working closely with senior dealmakers, you will contribute directly to client-facing materials and strategic decision-making. The role offers exposure to SaaS, e-commerce, and digital businesses, providing a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You’ll collaborate with global stakeholders while managing multiple live mandates. This position is ideal for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a high-performance investment banking setting.

Accountabilities:

  • Build and maintain complex financial models, including valuation analyses (DCF, LBO, comparables) and SaaS-specific metrics such as ARR, churn, and CAC/LTV
  • Support end-to-end M&A execution, including preparing marketing materials, managing buyer outreach, coordinating diligence, and tracking deal progress
  • Maintain data rooms and ensure accuracy and organization of transaction-related documentation across multiple workstreams
  • Develop high-quality client-facing materials such as CIMs, teasers, presentations, and financial exhibits
  • Conduct market research, identify potential buyers, and analyze transaction trends to support deal strategy
  • Collaborate with clients to gather, validate, and analyze financial and operational data
  • Assist in legal and transactional processes, including coordination with advisors and review of key agreements

  • Requirements:

    • 2–4 years (Analyst) or 4–6 years (Senior Analyst) of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, or financial due diligence
    • Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial statement analysis
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel and ability to handle complex data sets and scenario analyses
    • Familiarity with M&A processes, including deal execution, diligence, and client interaction
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce client-ready materials
    • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize insights from incomplete data
    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CFA, CPA, or ACCA is a plus

    • Benefits:

      • Competitive compensation aligned with top-tier investment banking roles, with performance-based incentives
      • Fully remote work environment with exposure to international markets and clients
      • Opportunity to work on high-profile M&A transactions in the tech sector
      • Direct mentorship and collaboration with experienced deal professionals
      • Steep learning curve and accelerated career growth in a high-performance environment
      • Flexible and dynamic work culture with global team interaction
