Nationwide Insurance is seeking candidates for an Analytic Product Owner Intern position to join the Enterprise Analytics Office (EAO) from May to August 2023.
The EAO Analytic Product Owner is a team of passionate, driven, high-performing individuals connecting internal Nationwide partners with analytics. As a Product Owner Intern, you will work on real-world projects, receive design concepts from business partners, connect partners to analytic resources, and oversee the successful development and implementation of analytic products.
Graduate or undergraduate candidates will be considered, from any major. Business, Project Management and/or Analytics background is preferred.
Job Summary
The Analytic Product Owner Intern will take an active role on one or more projects within Nationwide's Enterprise Analytics Office and participate in many or all phases of an analytic product's lifecycle, including:
• Working with cross-functional teams to lead project inception, implementation, execution, and deployment.
• Oversee business relationships across Nationwide's portfolio constituents by managing communications with stakeholders, the development team and delivery partners.
• Connect enterprise partners with insight-driven activation value streams enabled through data, automation, analytics to optimize, innovation and evolve business objectives.
• Support project intake and Enterprise Analytic Office Operations.
• Create and enhance Continuous Improvement opportunities through cross-functional teams.
• Develop various visibility options to showcase the Enterprise Analytic Office accomplishments.
