Analytical Lead, Education, Large Customer Sales
Job Description
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in client-facing analytics, digital media, marketing analytics, strategy consulting, or financial analysis.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in activating strategy through execution and technical implementation.
- Experience in client-facing, with a track record of influencing across levels and advising on performance improvements.
- Experience in SQL, statistics, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and distill them into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., Geo Experiments, Offline measurement, MMM, attribution) and Google advertising products (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc.).

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $93,500-$142,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Analyze internal and external data to quantify opportunities, anticipate risks, develop solutions to customer marketing challenges, and measure success.
- Develop relationships with marketing analytics counterparts and earn their trust to challenge the status with data, both visually and verbally.
- Collaborate across teams to innovate, activating full measurement and attribution product capabilities for customers, and develop scalable solutions to industry challenges.
- Advise on marketing analytics, including attribution, lifetime value, customer segmentation, behavior insights, data integration and measurement.
- Lead the full lifecycle of measurement initiatives, from idea to implementation.
