The Role
Our measurement team is a lynchpin to supporting our business growth. The team is responsible for accurately valuing media across our advertisers and publishers and consulting directly with clients to ensure that AMP media investments maximize their business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in digital media analytics and preferably advanced measurement methodologies such as MMM, MTA, and testing. The position combines leveraging technical and client-facing skills to support effective digital media performance management for our client advertisers and publishers.
What You'll Do
As the Measurement, Manager, you will drive one of the company’s key investment areas, solidifying and expanding our measurement capabilities which enable us to optimize client media performance.
- Play an integral role within new client onboarding, with primary responsibility of reviewing client tracking configuration, addressing issues, and setting up client reporting.
- Review reported results for quality assurance and oversee relevant troubleshooting efforts to arrive at accurate client advertiser reporting.
- Guide assigned troubleshooting efforts when unexpected reporting issues may arise.
- Ensure ongoing measurement scores are properly updated and reported to AMP users.
- Manage delivery of measurement findings and insights to client advertisers.
- Provide clients with advice to improve their media tracking and measurement practices.
- Support ideation and formulation of more effective measurement approaches for AMP to employ with their client advertisers and publishers.
- Work with AMP cross-functional teams to shape client experience and AMP solutions.Â
- Support sales leads with measurement-related inquiries to close prospective clients.
Who you are:
- Digital media analytics professional with client-facing experience at digital media agency, in-house team, digital media platform, or ad tech company.Â
- Possess a bias-to-action, “can-do” attitude, and willingness to proactively solve issues and see projects through to completion.
- Growth-oriented individual who is curious and hungry to learn more, can mentor and train more junior team members, and is willing to get their own hands dirty.
- Strong project management skills handling various workstreams across multiple accounts with the support of various internal cross-functional teams.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in digital media analytics, preferably with more advanced solutions (MMM, MTA, Testing), in a client-facing role.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, engineering, or mathematics preferred.
- Proficiency in digital campaign management via platforms such as Google Ads, Search Ads 360.
- Ability to set up and review digital media tracking via tagging, such as UTM parameters.
- Proficiency in usage of site analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
- Hands-on knowledge of SQL to pull data in support of data onboarding and ad hoc analyses.
- Strong diagnostic and insight skills; ability to find trends and patterns in data and explain them clearly
- Analytical and problem-solving skills such as diagnosing and identifying root causes of data tracking issues as well as unearth findings and insights to share with clients.
*Compensation Range: $115,000 - $170,000

Must be located or willing to relocate to New York City Metropolitan Area
*This range represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of adMarketplace in the New York office. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience; training; associated responsibilities; and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
