Analytics Consulting Manager (Remote or Hybrid)

About the role:

• Location: US or Canada
• Working environment: Remote in the following states OH, IN, IL, PA, FL, GA, UT, TX, NC, VA, MA, KY or Ontario, CAN, on-site in Cincinnati or Chicago, or Hybrid (must be authorized to work where located)
• Manages: 5-8 Consultants

The Industry Analytics Consulting Manager will be responsible for three key areas: team leadership, vertical development and growth, and client delivery oversight.

Responsibilities the Analytics Consulting Manager include, but are not limited to:

• Manage, coach, and mentor team members within the Industry team, fostering their growth and development.
• Allocate resources, manage capacity, and assign project tasks to team members.
• Identify and develop growth opportunities for clients, collaborating and partnering with the Sales & Growth teams to establish strategic partnerships with technology vendors and consulting companies.
• Support the sales team in growing and scoping new and existing client engagements, including assistance with sales presentations, business development, marketing collateral, and client communications.
• Ensure the successful delivery of high-quality services to clients within the Industry team, meeting deadlines, scope, and budget.
• Develop the overall strategy and go-to-market plan for the vertical in alignment with InfoTrust's value proposition and positioning.

This position requires someone that is passionate about the leadership and growth of the team, our clients, and the industry of digital analytics. We are looking for someone that is ready to partner with sales and internal teams -- who exemplifies strong collaboration, organization, and drive. Based on this, we are targeting someone with the following background and skills:

• 3+ years of experience leading a large team.
• Experience in professional services, managing project complexities with unique SOWs and client deliverables.
• Proven track record in managing diverse mid-to-large clients and thinking strategically to add value and solve their business problems.
• Strong people leader, committed to building a best place to work and adept at providing feedback and helping others grow.
• Excellent project management skills and communicator.
• Curiosity and a passion for continuous learning, the person seeks out knowledge and loves to learn and teach new things, staying at the cutting edge.
• High empathy and the ability to understand and resolve client and internal team situations.
• Authorized to work where located, and work remotely, hybrid or in person at our Cincinnati or Chicago office with travel approximately 4 times a year.
