For our Analytics Developer role we are seeking a strong web analytics consultant/ Engineer for our engineering team. This person is responsible for developing the site /mobile APP tagging and web analytics work for the marketing campaigns.
In this role you will:

Develop comprehensive site tagging & tracking data capture strategies using URL query params UTMetc. that help aligns with the marketing teams objectives and measurement goals

Administer the digital analytics tool (Google Analytics) and Tag manager tool (GTM)
-
Translate business requirements into Web Analytics Tag Management System and A/B Testing platform implementation.

Develop customize and troubleshoot campaign code in complex environments with the heavy use of JavaScript HTML and CSS.

Manage data quality within marketing technology tools and develop solutions to remediate data quality challenges.

Implement analytics tracking code and drive resolutions/debugging of tracking issues to ensure tagging is accurate and working effectively
We are looking for people who:
-
Experience working with site analytics and tagging tools like Google Analytics/GA4 & Google Tag Manager or similar other tools in the industry

Hands-on experience in implementing clicks tags conversion tags/pixel & campaign tracking URLs URL query parameter UTM parameter tracking methods and troubleshooting site analytics reporting issues
-
Ideally have 3+ years of web development and analytics experience
-
Effectively communicate with both technical & non-technical stakeholders
-
Experience with Git
-
Know modern Javascript such as ES6
-
Deep understanding of HTML5 CSS3 and cross-browser and device compatibility

Organized with great attention to detail
Nice to Haves :

Informed about privacy regulations & compliance standards

Familiarity with Google Products: Google Marketing Platform & Google Cloud

Familiarity with Paid Media Advertising platforms: Meta Bing LinkedIn TikTok etc

Experience with technical documentation

Experience with Developer Tools

Experience with APIs
-
Experience with both client-side tracking and server-side tracking

Mentored other developers

Cash compensation range: 98000-146000 USD Annually This resource will help guide how we recommend thinking about the range you see. The cash compensation above includes base salary on-target commission for employees in eligible roles and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate including their skills experience qualifications and other job-related reasons.
