The Role: Document Controller

What will you do?

The project team member - Document Controller will be responsible for the following:

1. Managing the documentation deliverables of a customer project or multiple projects (all related to Services data Office and Services Data Domains to ensure / evolve Data Office maturity")

2. Manage documentation (send and collect feedback, ensure full traceability of exchanges)

3. Manage data related documents, data reports and meta data, policies and compliance documents

4. Support team on documentation preparation (check quality, conformity), version control.

5. Prepare documentation package (final doc)

6. Ensure proper access and archiving

7. Proactively generate and ensure accuracy of reports.

8. Be a customer/supplier contact: Reporting and animation of meetings.

Qualifications

Who would be successful?

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Industrial Engineering

• At least 3-5 years of working experience in analytics data documentation.

• Experience in Confluence and Informatica is desired but not required.

• Must have the ability to effectively interface with the internal team as well as all cross functional teams relevant to data reporting.

• Must be proficient in Excel, and PowerPoint, MS Visio

• Must be able to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
