Who you are

You are eager to use large databases to unravel complex business challenges, collaborating closely with consulting teams, and steering projects towards impactful and tangible business success!

You’re a data practitioner with a track record for designing, building and applying data analytics to large databases. You have a strong understanding on how to use data to answer complex business questions and are passionate about unlocking that capability across the consulting teams. You have a keen sense of the big picture and can effectively drive projects toward realistic business outcomes.

As an analytics engineer, you will be a key contributor in helping our stakeholders extract and derive more value from its datasets through scalable data pipelines and analytical steps. You will work closely with our consulting team, modeling data and providing clean datasets to create crucial insights.

What you will work on

  • Transform raw data into business ready datasets that are both query-able and easily understood by our consultants and stakeholders. You will reconcile data from many different sources to extract specific insights.
  • Work closely with consultants and engineering team to understand the business needs, define data requirements (KPIs) and productionalize data transformation pipelines.
  • Maintain documentation and metadata to facilitate the understanding, the access and the adoption of the created data
  • Ensure data quality by applying software engineering best practices to analytics code (version control, quality assurance, monitoring, continuous integration)
  • Support the growth of the analyst across the organization via knowledge sharing and coaching

Requirements

  • Fluent in French
  • SQL, python, BigQuery, git, dbt, Looker Studio, Looker, Snowflake, Fivetran
  • 2+ years XP
