Analytics Manager

Analytics Manager will lead our Analytics & Data Science team in developing and implementing data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence tools, and project management. They will collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Lead the analytics & data science team in designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for BI projects.
• Manage end-to-end Analytics projects, including gathering requirements, data modelling, and deployment.
• Monitor and analyze data trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and business growth.
• Seek opportunities for data science & AI to enable the business to further it’s insights and scale
• Provide training and support to end-users on analytics tools and applications.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in BI and data analytics.

Leadership and team management responsibilities:

• Managing team performance effectively through the practicing of ongoing performance management, including conducting performance reviews and regular 1-1 meetings
• Leading by example by delivering positive results and being a visible Catena ambassador
• Communicating effectively and ensuring information is delivered in a clear and timely manner 
• Taking ownership of recruitment and selection for your team by working closely with HR and TA teams 
• Enabling team and individual growth from the induction stage to ongoing learning and development 

TO DO IT, YOU WILL NEED:

• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or skills and experience to match
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of industry (iGaming) experience, affiliation specific experience is considered a strong asset.
• Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlikview 
• Experience with data warehousing concepts, data modelling, and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in SQL and other data querying languages.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Project management experience is a plus
