Job Description

You will be accountable for function delivery against financial targets, tracking functions project delivery KPI’s and resolve delivery issues and provide high quality input into level 2 and 3 analysis projects, support presales, with high client engagement, and oversee the delivery stages.

What you'll do:

• Conduct regular 1:1s, supports SMART objectives, mentor, and motivate team members.
• Promote the Analytics Team and supports recruitment.
• Ensure financial targets are met, track KPIs, and resolve delivery issues.
• Lead scheduling reviews, improve project delivery, and ensure adherence to guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects, delegate tasks, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Support project opportunities, understand client objectives, and contribute to proposals.
• Provide project time estimates and support pricing to ensure appropriate margins.
• Enhance process efficiencies, share knowledge, and contribute to the development plan.
• Support the development of the Analytics CoE proposition and enterprise-wide architecture.
• Identifiy and address personal development needs, maintain a development plan, and seeks feedback.
• Champion company policies and develops an understanding of the digital ecosystem.

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

• Experienced user of at least one analytical program (e.g., Alteryx, Python, SQL).
• Highly proficient in MS Excel.
• Experienced presenter, skilled in creating and delivering presentations using MS PowerPoint.
• Experience in interpreting analysis outputs, provide insights, and make recommendations.
• Experience in scoping and project managing advanced analytical solutions (e.g., complex modelling, segmentation).
• Experience in managing people and setting SMART objectives.
• Degree with high mathematical, technical, or analytical content.
• Proven track record of managing large analytical projects and leading projects requiring significant networking across various functions.
