Analytics Manager (Growth)

Team

We are looking for a talented analytics manager interested in leading a team of data analysts, continuously tracking growth, and optimizing performance for a set of wide-audience mobile applications. You will contribute to building a world-class data stack and fostering a strong data culture within the organization. To succeed in this role, you will need a good business sense and a strong analytical mindset to leverage data for driving decision-making and identifying growth levers.

Role

• Lead a team of 5 data analysts of various seniority levels and help them grow.
• Support Growth teams in optimizing UA campaigns.
• Support Voodoo’s BUs and ventures by providing data-driven and actionable insights.
• Coordinate with our MMP (Adjust) to ensure decisions are based on the best possible data.
• Manage your team members’ weekly sprints.
• Manage quarterly roadmaps for Build projects run by your team.
• Lead by example: build Voodoo’s Growth BI (mainly data pipelines and dashboards) by applying and enforcing analytics engineering best practices.

Profile (Must haves)

• Extensive experience in performance mobile marketing.
• Hands-on experience working with raw and aggregated data from MMPs such as Adjust or Appsflyer.
• Excellent understanding of mobile marketing tracking technologies such as SKAdNetwork.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with numbers.
• Good stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritize and push decisions.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Perfect proficiency in SQL.
• Appetite for technical challenges and learning new programming languages.
• Great communication skills, fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Experience working in the mobile gaming industry.
• Experience building dashboards with Tableau.
• Experience working in AWS data ecosystem (Redshift, Athena).
• Expertise in one or more of the following areas: Python, DBT, Airflow, APIs.
