Your main responsibilities

• Coordination the activities of the analytical team, which provides data supporting the creation of strategies and setting directions for operations in the area of International 1P Analytics (Mall Analytics)
• Responsibility for obtaining information and preparing analyzes and analytical products
• Working with owners of various processes in developing optimal solutions for a given area
• Preparing analyzes for the effects of implementing new solutions, building conclusions and recommendations
• Analyzing large data sets in search of patterns and dependencies that affect the key area for the company
• Leading team of analysts and data engineers.

This job is for you, if

• You have experience in analyzing large volumes of data and you are able to combine data from many different sources
• You know how to choose statistical techniques and data visualization methods adequate to the research problem (Data Studio, Tableau)
• You know SQL very well and have experience in working with distributed database systems
• You have fluency in English and the ability to create recommendations for the management board in the form of text documents and slides in this language is necessary
• You are able to identify the problem and propose an effective solution
• You take full responsibility for meeting the deadlines of his and his team's tasks
• You now how to organize yours and yours team's work
• You are able to cooperate with many stakeholders, while developing effective ways of communication
• You take care of the development of his team members
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, are able to respect and appreciate different personalities, ways of thinking, and cultures
