Anaplan Administrator

• What Financial Systems contributes to Cardinal Health

• Financial Systems is responsible for overseeing the design, modification, installation and maintenance of accounting and financial systems (Anaplan, Workiva HFM, Hyperion Planning) to ensure the accuracy of financial results.

• Partners with Finance, Business Units and Enterprise IT to analyze and recommend effective solutions to meet business needs. Solutions may include business process changes, system or reporting changes and/or training.

• Demonstrates knowledge of finance principles and financial systems, as well as Cardinal Health finance and business policies, processes and procedures.

• Provides end-user support for the financial systems. Manages and resolves incoming tickets and appropriately routes to IT when needed.

• Consistently implements, executes and tests departmental Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance frameworks and financial reporting controls.

• Acts as Subject Matter Expert and liaison between IT and the Business Units on projects and special assignments to articulate business requirements. Also translates the requirements into functional specifications and recommends solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Strong working knowledge of Anaplan, and Workiva overall administration.

• Hands on experience with designing and supporting Anaplan integration (Anaplan Connect API) with other business systems like Oracle, SAP, HFM etc.

• Functional & technical experience in maintaining metadata changes, data uploads, mapping tables, security and provisioning, troubleshooting in Anaplan.

• Working knowledge of HFM, FDMEE, and Hyperion Planning a plus

• Ability leverage best practices from previous implementation experience and work on constant support and continuous improvement Skills.

• Exceptional communication with active listening skills, and ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to both technical and non-technical audiences• Strong interpersonal skills in working with clients and co-workers.

• Preferred Qualifications:

• 3-4 Years of functional & technical experience in Anaplan and Workiva.Any experience in HFM and Hyperion Planning a plus.

• Accounting/Business/Engineering Degree

• Working knowledge in SAP, Dell Boomi, MFT and Oracle database a plus
