About This Role:

The Anaplan System Architect is a key leader in Forrester's ongoing digital transformation and will shape the future roadmap of Anaplan as an enterprise solution for connected planning. The successful candidate will establish a highly collaborative ecosystem with IT and the Anaplan end-user teams and drive the ongoing evolution of the platform and the implementation of processes and policies for platform administration, maintenance, security, and business continuity.

Job Description:

• Develop expert-level understanding of existing Anaplan model use cases, architecture, and business processes of the end users that they serve.
• Work with the business to map the evolution of the Anaplan platform, prioritizing ongoing improvement in efficiency, automation, stability, and appropriate refinement and expansion of use cases in alignment with business priorities.
• Lead Anaplan model updates and new builds and participate in other system implementations and integrations that affect Anaplan or any related systems, data sources, or business processes.
• Define maintenance and support service levels and procedures and provide the same to end-user teams for existing Anaplan models.
• Design, implement, and maintain procedures to ensure system security and business continuity working with technology operations.
• Provide end users with training and development via direct knowledge transfer and through curriculum recommendations.
• Keep abreast of best practices and new and/or updated Anaplan features and functionality and assess impact on existing models and roadmap.

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree.
• Advanced Anaplan model builder with participation in multiple complex Anaplan implementations.
• Experience in planning and forecasting solutions in FP&A and sales operations (territory and quota) use cases.
• Advanced data modeling skills.
• Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with SQL, BI platforms like Tableau, and CRMs such as Salesforce.com is a plus.
• Innovative, motivated, and a self-starter.
