Description and Requirements

岗位职责

- 根据产品需求，制定Android平板产品的整体解决方案、统筹相关策略；制定ZUI的技术发展Roadmap；负责跨Function & Team的产品功能的架构设计、重大关键功能的开发；领导解决跨Function、跨Team的系统级问题；针对重大问题组织技术攻关；识别和组织重大系统优化和技术更新工作

- 跟踪Android的技术发展、调查研究竞品的发展变化；进行技术预研、调整Android平板产品的系统方案

岗位需求

- 计算机相关专业毕业、硕士以上学历、至少15年以上Android系统的工作经验、至少10年的嵌入式Linux Kernel和驱动的开发经验、至少10年的Android Framework的开发经验，工作内容至少要涉及系统性能、稳定性、功耗方面的工作、至少5年的主流Android手机或者平板厂商的工作经验

- 熟悉Google生态和GMS，至少5年以上面向海外销售的Android手机或者平板产品的开发经验

- 有至少5年以上管理10人以上团队的管理经验，有至少5年从事系统架构师的工作经验

- 坚实的计算机理论知识、熟悉操作系统原理、虚拟机、面向对象设计和开发等相关知识、精通C/C++、Java、Python等流行的开发语言；熟悉主流移动端App的实现方案和技术；熟练使用产品开发中的各种工具

- 精通Android的整体架构，包括Linux Kernel、驱动、HAL、Framework、App层

- 精通Android Framework的运行机制、精通核心模块（ATMS、WMS、PSM...）的实现逻辑

- 精通Android系统的进程管理、后台管理、内存管理LMKD、电源功耗管理、系统安全和权限管理的实现架构、机制和代码逻辑

- 能够对产品级的功能需求进行分析、架构设计、组织开发实现

- 能够熟练分析、定位和解决系统级问题：Framework watchdog、内存泄漏、死机、重启、使用卡顿、冻屏等的系统稳定性和性能相关问题

- 能够识别Android系统的潜在性能问题，并提出解决方案

- 有探索精神，敢于迎接挑战，有较强的学习能力，可以快速掌握新的知识和技术
